The production process of this advance foam both eliminates waste and improves efficiency. Instead of a die cut from a sheet, STI Evolution foam midsoles are made from a unique moulding process. A predetermined number of foam pellets are placed into a mould and heated until it expands to the right size. FLEX AND RESPONSE: 3D MOULDED TONGUE Improves fit and comfort as well as allowing the tongue to flex through its full length. ARTICULATED CUFF The Articulated Cuff allows the upper part of the boot to flex without distortion at the join of upper and lower sections.
