The Forcefield Slam Short has been designed specifically for snowboarders and skaters to protect the lower back, buttocks, coccyx and hips whilst being as comfortable as possibleThe high energy absorbing, low profile M15® CE approved triple layer armour is fitted into a pocket in the rear of the shorts and pockets at the hips allowing it to be removed so the shorts can be machine washed for maximum hygiene.The Short is a next to skin technical base layer constructed using BeCool™ fibre which has a greater diffusive area than standard man made or cotton fibres allowing high levels of breathability, wicking and fast drying as well as being anti-bacterial for freshness even after multiple days on the slopes.Fastened at the waist by a draw cord and with gripper elastic at the legs the shorts offer a comfortable and practical alternative to wearing separate base layers and armour.
