A coldblack treatment stops the darker color versions from overheating, even in blazing sunshine. The leg hem with gusset, zipper and anti-slip webbing sits securely on your mountaineering boots even when climbing and the flat elasticated waistband creates no additional bulk under a climbing harness or backpack strap.
