Our Light summer ale beer making kit produces a vibrant golden ale with a floral aromatic hop finish, a perfect thirst quencher. This Artisan kit starts life as barley, growing in the rich soil of the farmers' fields in East Anglia, malted in Stowmarket where the grains are partially grown so the natural sugars are released and the characteristic malt flavours are developed. This 100% sustainable malt is made into a syrup using just water and heat, and concentrated under a vacuum to protect the delicate flavour profile and blended with choice hops. Finally, sachets of carefully selected brewer's yeast and dried hops are supplied in this kit to complete the brewing process. ABV: 4% approx.
