Our Fennel of Florence Seeds produce crisp bulbs with a mild sweet aniseed flavour that\'s particularly good with pork and fish. Alternatively, the bulbs can be braised and roasted in an easy vegetable tray bake, steamed with fish, used in soups or stir fried. Sow outdoors from May to July, ready to harvest from July to October. Average pack contains 250 seeds. Warning: Seeds should not be eaten. Store out of reach of children and pets.
