The Johnsons Salvia Blue Victoria Seeds grow into neatly rounded plants with intensely coloured and long lasting flower spikes. A great choice of flowers to attract butterflies to your garden. The long lasting spikes are ideal for flower arrangements. Indoor sowing: January to March, in trays of seed compost. Sow thinly, cover with 0.5cm of compost. Firm gently and keep moist. Cover with glass, polythene or propagator lid. Keep at approx. 20-25˚C. Seedlings appear 14-28 days. Remove cover when seedlings appear. When large enough transplant 5cm apart in trays. Stand outside for a few days late May (avoid frosts). Transplant 25cm apart in flowering position. Keep moist and weed free. Flowers June to October, the same year.
