Grow onions easily and quickly with our Onion de Paris Silverskin seeds. These bulbs grow quickly and are ideal where space is limited. They have a delicious crunch and a sweet mild flavour and are extremely popular as pickled onions or used whole in stews and casseroles. Outdoor sowing: Sow thinly in a prepared seed bed in rows 15cm (6in) apart. Cover lightly with fine soil, firm gently and keep moist. Seedlings usually appear in 14-21 days. Growing on, no thinning is needed if sown thinly. Keep moist and weed free at all times. TIP: Allow bulb skins to dry before storing.
