Grow high nutritional produce at home with Johnsons Spinach (Climbing) Malabar. Indoor sowing: April to June, in pots of seed compost. Sow thinly, cover with a fine layer of compost. Firm gently and keep moist. Cover with glass, polythene or propagator lid. Keep at approx. 20-25°C. Seedlings appear 14-28 days. Remove cover when seedlings appear. Grow on at approx. 13-15°C. When large enough transplant singly to 7.5cm pots. Stand outside for a few days from June. Transplant 30cm apart in growing position. Provide support for plants to climb. Harvest: July to October.
