Produce high yields of easy to clean leeks with Johnsons Leek Autora F1. Suitable for any region - these excellent disease resistance leeks are a must-have. Indoor sowing: March to May, in trays or individual cell modules of seed compost. Sow thinly, cover with 1.5cm of compost. Firm gently and keep moist. Cover with glass, polythene or propagator lid. Keep at approx. 15°C. Seedlings appear 14-21 days. Remove cover when seedlings appear. If necessary transplant to further cells or trays. Stand outside for a few days from late May (avoid frosts).
