At first clear the area of weeds, stones and rubbish. Then dig it over to a depth of 15-23cm. Rake and roll the soil to get a firm-level seedbed with a fine crumb texture. Preferably check its still level after a week and destroy any weeds. Divide up the area into square metres. The pack sows up to 30 square meters.
