Shower gel - Once your skin is wet, massage in the shower gel and then rinse well. For best results, use with a body mop and, after drying your skin, generously apply body lotion. Hand cream - Massage into your hands and cuticles, particularly after washing. Epsom bath salts - Add a generous amount to your bath under warm, running water.
