The goal is to get the nation excited about new ways of creating their favourite food and by incorporating unusual veggies into the cakes we hope to widen appreciation of the lesser used vegetables such as their fabulous UK produced celeriac aubergines and parsnips which really do pack a punch in these home made cakes.
