Combining a lovely mixture of fruit with parsnip and topped with a lemon icing. They bake all their cakes in small batches using their very own eggs and vegetables where possible to make sure you get a best quality locally sourced and delicious cake every time. The cakes have been featured in Vogue Saturday Independent Daily Telegraph and the Daily Mail to name just a few and they are very proud holders of the BBC Good Food Producers of Excellence British Specialty Food Award. The goal is to get the nation excited about new ways of creating their favourite food and by incorporating unusual veggies into the cakes we hope to widen appreciation of the lesser used vegetables such as their fabulous UK produced celeriac aubergines and parsnips which really do pack a punch in these home made cakes. All the cakes are hand wrapped and packed into their box adhering to strict hygiene procedures and COVID guidelines and they have a no contact postage system in place to give extra peace of mind.
