Delicious moist round Christmas pudding using a traditional old recipe with ale and carrots handmade in small batches. After steeping the juicy currants sultanas raisins in Ale we combine them with the carrots spices & rest of the ingredients.This is a lighter Christmas pudding. Reheat take label and ribbon off pudding place in a colander over steaming water cover for 100 mins. Microwave take pudding out of all wrappings 3 minutes on high.
