A ring comprising of a single octagonal emerald cut blue topaz. This stone was mined in the Ural Mountains of western Russia, an area noted for producing the world\'s best blue topaz gemstones. Each facet has been cut to perfection and the stone is near internally flawless, allowing light to pass through the stone freely and giving vivid flashes of luscious blue light.
