Each sapphire is genuine and has been selected by hand to ensure its size, colour and shape fit exacting tolerances to produce this wonderful piece. Four sapphires, grade AA, total 3.6 ct. Heart cut. Pendant hangs from gold double link rope chain with spring clasp, length options from 14\" to 24\". Available chain thickness 0.68 mm (pictured) and 1.15 mm.
