At its centre, the Montblanc Star Legacy Automatic Date 43mm watch houses the Calibre MB 24.17 automatic winding movement which alongside its innovative flat hairspring provides 26 jewels and a power reserve of 38 hours. The central hands for hours, minutes and seconds and date aperture at 3 o’clock are beautifully presented on an ivory-coloured dial detailed with a subtle white flange, rose gold plated luminescent Roman numerals and matching luminescent hands. To protect the Swiss manufacture within and provide a water resistant rating of 50 metres, the 43mm stainless steel case is equipped with a screw in crown decorated with the famous Montblanc star emblem, a polished fixed bezel and domed sapphire crystal glass, a material famed for its scratch resistance and anti-reflective coating.
