Our organic cauliflowers are grown at New Farm Organic in Lincolshire which has been farmed by the Edwards family since the 1700’s. Many of the traditional farming methods currently employed by New Farm Organics have been passed on through the generations, from father to son. Environmental awareness is central at New Farm Organic to protect the soil quality for the next generation. They have large old hedges to provide a home for local wildlife as well as 40 acres of their farm returned to pastureland with ponds and scrapes for the native birds and have planted hedges and sown wild flowers to boost biodiversity further.
