Beautiful summer house in Son Serra de Marina, in Northern Majorca, ideal for 6 - 8 guests.The house offers a private chlorine pool which sizes 11 x 4.5 metres and has depth between 1.2 and 2 metres. After a long breakfast at the shadowed terrace, you can enjoy sunbathing on one of the six sunbeds and refreshing at the exterior shower from time to time. The front porch is a beautiful place to have a snack before dinner in the evening. For those who prefer to have dinner at home, you can cook a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and the are direct neighbours since it is located in a quiet residential area.Rooms come along two floor with an ample and luminous living - dining room on the ground floor. It is well equipped including a satellite television, a DVD player and CD player. The also spacious kitchen, offers some kitchen tools, a gas hob, a dishwasher as well as another dining table for 6 people. The laundry includes a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.Three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds, are on the ground floor. The double bed bedroom has also an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. The first floor is just a twin bedroom with a wardrobe. The first floor hall has access to a non furnished terrace with urbanization views. Two fans, a cot and a high chair complete the equipment.The rocky beach is more or less 750 metres away, but you will find a natural sandy and pebbled beach backed by dunes at the end of the village. In addition you can go to Can Picafort by car, where you will find another sandy beach and lots of services like restaurants, bars, shops and leisure activities. A restaurant, a bar and a pharmacy can be found in Son Serra de Marina. The Northern coast has many coves and beaches, like Cala Torta, Cala Na Clara or Betlem among many others.Pets are not allowed.
