It offers large gardens with artificial grass, a pool of 7 x 3 m with a depth ranging from 1.5 to 1.7 m, a trampoline, a billiard table, a fully equipped porch, and a barbecue for enjoy the pleasant summer evenings on the open air. The house of 55 m2 is ditributed on one floor. It has 2 bedrooms; one with double bed and one with twin beds, both with air conditioning. One cot and a highchair are available on request. There is one bathroom with shower. The living-dining room s very cozy and stylish. It features one sofa, a TV-Sat, and a dinig table with chairs. The kitchen with vitro stove, in the same space, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. The property is equipped with solar pannels.Lloseta is a small village, situated in the Tramuntana, few km from Inca; a town where you will find everything you may need during your stay: bars, restaurants, pubs, shops, international shops, crafts, banks, pharmacies, hospital, sports center, etc. Every Thursday in Inca, there is a market, where you can find textiles, fruits, vegetables, homemade sausages, ceramics, etc.In just 30 minutes by car, you can reach \"Ses Casetes dels Capellans\" and \"Can Picafort\". Enjoy a day at the beach, taste a delicous mediterranean meals, watching the sunset, in one of the restaurant situated right on the beach, or just have a walk along the promenade of Can Picafort.
