The main floor is where you will find the common space like the spectacular living - dining - kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic top and oven to cook, a beautiful dining table and great area to sit on the sofa and armchair and watch satellite TV or enjoy a reading with the great views outside. You will also find an independent bathroom with a shower and one bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs on the first floor there are three more bedrooms, two of them featuring a double bed and the last one with twin beds. There are two baby cots and high chairs for the family little ones. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a closet. You will find the laundry room in the floor -1 equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The property offers ducted air-conditioning and underfloor heating so you can pay a visit at any moment of the year.Búger is a family and quiet village located in central - northern Mallorca, with all the needed services for a perfect stay like a grocery shop and some restaurants. In a 20 minutes drive you will reach wonderful beaches of white sand and crystalline water like Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort. Their shallow waters and extension make them perfect to practice water sports and to visit with children.
