The porch invites you to have breakfast or make delicious barbecues before or after enjoying the 2 sun loungers, 2 adjustable beach chairs or the sea every moment you want. You only have to cross the street and swim or spend such a good time taking kayak rides or practising paddle surf, since you have the equipment available to do so. There is an exterior shower.The three-storey house boasts a living-dining room with both TV-SAT and air conditioning, as well as a ceramic hob kitchen on the main floor. Then, there are 4 bedrooms, two of them with two single beds on the 1st floor and, on the 2nd floor, there are a two twin beds dormitory with wardrobe in addition to a double bed room with dressing room and a sea view balcony. Regarding the bathrooms, there 3 with shower, one in each height. There are also washing machine, iron, ironing board, cot and high chair.Es Barcarès is characterized by being a charming and familiar village, with not so many houses and mostly populated by local people. The neighbours that have their small boat right there, in front of the house, go fishing every morning, while the rest enjoy a pleasant swim.
