It offers a shared pool, is located a few km from the beach and has capacity for 4 guests.The apartment is located in a great urbanization that offers a large area of artificial grass, along with a beautiful landscape, surrounding 3 shared chlorine pools and free fitness facilities. One of the pools has a built-in cold water jacuzzi and the other is for children and has a size of 16 m in diameter and a depth ranging from 0.10 to 0.60 m. On the other hand, the apartment has a private terrace where you can sunbathe or enjoy a delicious dinner.The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. It comprises two stylish and luminous floors. Upon entering we find a small landing that leads us down to the living room and kitchen or to the bedrooms on the first floor. The large kitchen-living room-dining room surprises with large windows overlooking a beautiful landscape will be your best company while enjoying your meals or breaks watching TV. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook. The level is completed with a toilet. Upstairs we find the bedrooms -one with a double bed and the second with a trundle bed- as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. The house is equipped with ducted air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Lastly, a cot and a highchair will be available if you are travelling with your baby.This wonderful complex is located about 2 km from Xeresa, a beautiful town surrounded by green and impressive mountains, making it the perfect place for lovers of nature, mountains and peace. It also has all the necessary services so that you do not miss anything during your stay. But the best of all is the great weather all year round since winter is soft and summer is warm, perfect to go to the beach. The closest one is Playa de Gandía, about 3 km.Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family.
