The great living room offers Smart TV and AC. The kitchen-dining room is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In this house there are 3 bedrooms. Two of them are on the ground floor, one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with twin beds. There is another bathroom with shower on this floor. On the first floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.In the annex building you will find a large open plan room with 2 single sofa beds for the extra guests, open to the bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.All bedrooms have AC.The villa is located on the outskirts of Llucmajor, in a residential area. To access the farm you will have to travel the last 200 m through an unpaved road. The town offers all the necessary services for an independent stay. The closest beach is El Arenal with a great summer atmosphere, but not far away you will also find dream beaches in the beautiful south of the island such as Es Trenc and Cala Pi.Note: We cannot accept guests under 27 years unless you are a family.
