The apartment is located in a well-maintained complex with a communal swimming pool (not to use because of Covid) and a sauna (against payment). There is also an area with a table tennis table, washing-drying room and a coin-operated washing machine. There is a bicycle storage area and room to store ski gear. The guests of numbers 57 and 59 can park their car in front of the building. The complex is situated at the entrance to the ski area and the hiking trails.
