In a quiet area on the outskirts of Petra we find this beautiful house with a private pool, ideal for 12 people.In the exterior area of the property, the large private chlorine pool stands out, measuring 12 x 9 meters and with a depth of 0.8 to 1.6 meters. Next to it we find the sun loungers. By the house, the porch next to the barbecue area is perfect for your meals alfresco and to sit and relax on the outdoor sofas at the end of the day. You can play tennis and table tennis if you wish (paying a fee). The property is fenced and privacy is total.The house has 2 floors and has a comfortable and traditional style. In the large living-dining room with AC everyone can sit down to eat and watch TV-sat. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 6 bedrooms with AC, twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub each. Three of them are on the ground floor and the other three are on the first floor. There is another comfy living room on the first floor. Finally, we can prepare a cot and a high chair for you if you are travelling with your baby.The house is located in Petra, on a large property where there are also 5 other villas, although the house is totally private. Petra is a beautiful town with the basic services for your stay such as supermarkets, bars or restaurants. Playa de Muro, with fine sand and turquoise waters along several kilometres, is the closest beach to the house. Other amazing beaches such as Cala Millor, Cala Romántica or Cales de Mallorca are located in the east of the island, not far from the property.Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family.
