This wonderful holiday accommodation is situated on the site of the former 12th century castle of Montegonzi. Thanks to its strategic location, between Florence and Siena, the castle once dominated this part of the Chianti region. In the construction of the current house, the old stones from the castle ruins were used in order to maintain an authentic atmosphere. This particular detached cottage is also known as \"the house with a view\" and is part of the holiday complex. In the Middle Ages it was the chapel for the hamlet of Montegonzi. The chapel was recently restored using the original stones. The house has a private pool of 6.1 x 3.8m. The beautiful garden around the complex is equipped with outdoor furniture such as chairs and sun umbrellas and there is even a stone barbecue at your disposal. From the garden you have a beautiful view of the surroundings Tuscan landscape with its characteristic cypress trees and vineyards. The complex also has a large pool (12x6m) with a maximum depth of 1.5 meters. There is also a laundry and parking for guests.
