Primula Stella Porcelain Blue is a delightful primrose with lovely pale lavender blue flowers with bright yellow centres above rosettes of textured leaves. Primulas are woodland plants, so they love shady areas and look wonderful growing underneath shrubs and trees, and their colour makes them appear to glow in the dappled light. A little taller when in bloom than a lot of primroses, it makes a lovely, delicate cut flower. Reliable perennials that will naturalise easily, they form tight clumps over several years, and are an absolute delight when they emerge each spring. Occasionally they will flower for a second time in late summer or autumn.
