Talisker Storm is a new no age statement whisky released at the beginning of 2013. Talisker Storm has all the warm, smoky, peppery characteristics we all love in the standard Talisker 10 year old - but they\'ve been turned up a notch, with more smoke, more spices, and a bigger than ever flavour explosion. Initially briny on the nose but creamy, not abrupt, with hints of bananas and barbecues. The taste is thick and mouth-coating with wood smoke and chilli heat too. A welcome addition to the Talisker range, and probably the smokiest whisky to be produced on the Isle of Skye.
