The expansion card can be used in any system with a free PCIe x2 port, but of course it also works in all PCIe x4, x8 and x16 slots. The card has an internal 20-pin Key A USB 3.2 Type C connector. This allows a USB 3.2 Gen 2 type C port with very high bandwidth to be connected. The modern type C port can now even be plugged in on both sides. These novel USB ports are available with maximum speeds of 10 Gbps twice as fast as conventional USB 3.0 ports.
