The gray heat sink is provided on the top with a transparent plastic cover, in which six RGB LEDs are embedded. These can be connected to the mainboard or a corresponding controller via a 3-pin connection (5 V).The heat sink is attached to the top of the M.2 SSD. A thermal pad is included. A SATA power connector provides the power supply.
