The upwardly projecting, Y-shaped, aluminum fins are covered by a 92 mm fan with black frame, which has no usual frame. This blows the cool air from above through the fins with white fan blades and thus also cools the surrounding components. The unusual suspension is an integral part of the Silent concept, as it minimizes the transmission of vibrations. But the special bearing of the fan and its low speed ensure low operating noise. Thanks to the PWM function, the fan can be controlled between very low 100 and 2,000 revolutions and thus automatically adapted to the heat development. The attachment is made with the help of push pins and is therefore possible quickly and easily. Thanks to the comparably low weight, there is no transport problem with this method.
