The garage comes with extra thick heavy duty 58 x 44m framing and a tantalised pressure-treated bearer on the bottom of each wall to protect the building. The structure is supported with a series of Heavy Duty internal roof trusses ensuring your roof will remain sag free for years to come. Manufactured from high grade 12mm shiplap timber boards protected with our instantly recognisable red cedar water based treatment. The roof is constructed from robust 12mm tongue & groove boards with mineral felt added to the roof for additional protection against the elements. All timber used within the production of our buildings has been certified as being harvested from a legal and sustainable source. This product comes with the Redlands Garden Buildings 10 year guarantee included. Offering protection against general timber rot and decay - the guarantee does not cover the product against timber splits or warping which may occur naturally over time. Please Note: It is essential that the product is assembled in accordance with the instructions supplied on a firm and level base constructed from a suitably durable material.
