The Redlands 4\' x 6\' Raven Summer House is a unique and flexible building that allows you to choose exactly where you want to position the door and windows. This spacious building includes banks of 4 windows creating a light and welcoming space to entertain guests, or somewhere to relax and enjoy views of your garden. The modular panels can be fitted on any side and in any position to create your perfect layout. The door can be hung on either side to make them right or left hinged and is fitted with a reliable lock and key and turn button. The sheds have extra high eaves ensuring there is ample height within the building so most people won\'t have to stoop when inside. The shed sits on floor joists to lift the building off the ground but is still covered on each of the four sides to stop anything from getting in and under the floor. Manufactured from high grade 12mm shiplap timber boards protected with our instantly recognisable TigerSkin water-based treatment. Both the floor and roof are constructed from robust 12mm tongue & groove boards with mineral felt added to the roof for additional protection against the elements. All timber used within the production of our buildings has been certified as being harvested from a legal and sustainable source. This product comes with the Redlands Garden Buildings 10 year guarantee included. Offering protection against general timber rot and decay - the guarantee does not cover the product against timber splits or warping which may occur naturally over time. Please Note: It is essential that the product is assembled in accordance with the instructions supplied on a firm and level base constructed from a suitably durable material. It should also be treated shortly after assembly and then annually thereafter with an appropriate high-quality preservative.
