This fan assisted barbecue is easy to clean and comes with a handy carrier bag for convenience. Designed to be used with coal. How Does It Work? Put batteries in fan block and turn on. Remove grill and place the lower tray in the centre. Add a small amount of liquid fire lighter & safely ignite. Place Charcoal in the internal barrel and place on top of the lower tray. Pour a small amount of water in to the bowl surrounding the tray/barrel. Place the grill back on top and wait for surface to heat. Adjust fan speed as required. When heated cook food as you would on a standard charcoal barbecue.
