The design is very traditional and authentic with large, aggressive looking hand carved knights. Each piece is double weighted and has been individually hand finished and polished. The rich yellow, green and red tones of the Sheesham match beautifully with the rich Walnut and Maple veneer board. This Board features large playing squares making it suitable for such tall pieces. However, the tight border design keeps the overall dimensions of the board to a minimum - great if playing space is at a premium.
