The fragrance was names after a Greek god, this edition is deeper and more sensual than the original edition Xeryus. Xeryus Rouge by Givenchy open up with a fresh and green top note that consist of cactus, orange and tarragon. It then moves onto to warm sensual heart of cedar needles, red pimento and geranium. It then moves onto a smooth delicate blend of cedar, sandalwood and white musk. The notes behind the fragrance were created by Annick Menardo. Top notes: Cactus, Chinese orange and tarragon. Heart notes: Pimento, African geranium and cedar. Base notes: Sandalwood, cedar and white musk.
