The shape of the mug has been named after a quiet Scottish idyll in the north-eastern coast of Scotland, this time drawing inspiration from the beautiful 5000 year old sights and pretty preserved village. With a capacity of 350ml they are both dishwasher and microwave safe, with the exception of those featuring gold embellishment.  Laura McKendry is fascinated by our relationship with the animal kingdom – how we are entertained, comforted, enchanted, amused by these critters, how they enrich our lives. Her drawings, created in a combination of ink, charcoal, watercolour and pencil, pay tribute to the role of our furry, feathered, scaly friends. She lives in East London with her husband and combines her work as an illustrator with raising their two young kids.
