How Worry Monster works… The child can either write or draw a picture of something which worries them. The child places the worry in the monster’s mouth, which is then zipped. The child goes to sleep without worrying, because the monster will gobble it up. The parent/guardian takes out the worry whilst the child is sleeping. The parent knows the child’s worry. The child awakes and the worry monster has eaten the worry away, leaving the child worry free!
