About the William Morris range William Morris, artist, philosopher, poet and political theorist, was one of the most outstanding influential designers of the Arts and Crafts movement. He found his inspiration in nature and Medieval art, but also employed the very characteristic Victorian taste for heavily detailed patterns and deep, sometimes earthy colours.
