The Club is a wonderful outdoor space for your children and their friends to play. With an enclosed area of 4\' x 4\' plus the small canopy it is an ideal first playhouse. The timber is all high grade, FSC certified and supplied in a honey brown timber basecoat ready for you to apply your own top coat; once you\'ve agreed on a colour! The Club is clad in 12mm shiplap boards on a 34mm square framing with a T&G floor and OSB roof. There is a large, opening, joinery made window fitted with plastic safety glazing. All fixings and roof felt are provided along with assembly instructions. Dimensions shown are for the exterior wall of the building.
