The Salcey is an authentic mini log cabin for your children! It is a playhouse that is a wonderfully different design! It is constructed in the traditional log cabin method using 28mm individual log boards. It is fully CE certified and complies with BS EN71 for the safety of your children. These are built up off the t&g floor which sits on pressure treated joists. There are two opening windows and these as well as the door are fitted with a draft seal system. The door is fitted with a full length piano hinge to prevent finger traps and the windows are glazed with Perspex. The cabin is manufactured from high grade, slow grown, FSC approved, northern European pine. The playhouse is supplied untreated so you will need to apply preservative immediately after installation. The floor of the playhouse is tongue and groove timber as is the roof which is covered with green mineral felt for protection from the weather. This playhouse requires self-assembly using the instructions supplied; fixings and roof felt are provided.
