A macerated wine is one when grapes are pressed and the resulting juice is left in contact with the skins and Belvedere do exactly the same thing when using fruits in their vodka. Here we have Pink Grapefruits and Lemons pressed and left with their skins for the juice to be then refined once more (to get rid of the \'bits\') and then a touch of Ginger added.
