Each of their liqueurs are created from a recipe carefully guarded down the years which also involves soaking the necessary ingredients (herbs, fruit peel, etc) in the still. During distillation the oils from these ingredients will infuse with the spirit but not affect the colour. Tasting Notes Milk chocolate flavours with a hint of vanilla and apricot.
