If you are a long standing fan of Dom Perignon and have tried the Blanc many times, then we highly recommend tasting some of the older vintages. Their confidence though was premature as rains turned picking and grape selection into a tougher than normal process. What resulted, though, was a limited quantity of great Champagne.
