A blend of three grapes- Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. Grenache gives body, warmth and hints of blackberry and blackcurrant whilst Cinsault provides aromas of cherry blossom and the wine\'s suppleness. Finally Syrah brings the colour. The end result is a highly refreshing sparkling wine with just a touch of sweetness and pleasant berried flavours... If it\'s good enough for Rick Ross, it\'s good enough for us! ### Product Description Established in 1868 Maison Belaire has always strived to show the best of France. Consequently (and quite unusually) they are not tied to one single area or indeed a particular region. Instead they create their Rose in Provence much famed for producing Rose wines and produce the Blanc using only Chardonnay and in Burgundy, home to the classic Chardonnay wines of Chablis.
