The region has the perfect soil and climate which allows a perfect balance of sugar and acid in the Weber Tequilana Blue Agave plant. Patron take matters a step further siting an eye for detail being at the source of everything that they do- whether that be hand chopping the Agave plant to reveal its Pina (heart) or the slow 3 day distillation of its the plants juice or indeed ageing their Tequila in hand made barrels only.
