This 3rd release from Macallan\'s Edition range is a collaboration with Master Perfumer, Roja Dove and the ever brilliant Master Distiller, Bob Dalgarno. Given that Dove\'s experience is in perfumes we shouldn\'t be too surprised then to learn that many of the whisky samples chosen in this are led by his reaction to their aromas. The whisky itself has alluring sweet fruit, vanilla and rich fruit cake with suggestions of apricot, pear and crisp green apple. Right at the back of the palate you will find a hint of ginger and cinnamon.###Product DescriptionThe Macallan Estate is some 360 hectares in size and stunning to boot.
