Sharish  means \'xara\' or \'jara\', which is the Cistus ladanifer, used during the muslim presence. So Mont Sharish means hill raised in an impenetrable amount of cistus, giving origin to the name Monsaraz. Tasting Notes Mix this gin with tonic, it turns pink!
