Herefordshire rhubarb is slowly cooked before distilling it with Chase Vodka in a bespoke copper batch pot still. It is then further distilled again to infuse the flavours, before adding macerated fresh rhubarb and filtering to leave a delicate pink colour. If you like rhubarb crumble then this is most definitely for you. Initially very cynical, we were astonished after tasting this. The spirit remains to be clean and yet with fresh stewed rhubarb. There is also a lovely, creamy texture to polish off with. ### Product Description William Chase certainly seems to have the midas touch.
